Hold your thoughts for a second and world around you will pass with a whoooooshhhh.
Just like the flowing water in the above picture passed me when I sat and held my thoughts still for a moment.
Have you ever felt this?
Have you ever tried to hold your thoughts still?
Have you ever realised that your thoughts are beyond your control?
Have you ever noticed that you are not the owner but only a gatekeeper of your mind and keep watching what goes in and out with no control over your thoughts?
But why are thoughts so important? Because it is the most powerful energy present on earth. Thoughts travel faster than light. It’s true that physics has taught us that nothing travels faster than light (the ultimate source of energy) but it’s a partial truth. Light is the fastest physical element travelling in space but space is only 1 dimension of Universe. The universe is much more beyond space. For the simplest understanding, the universe is a warp of space and time and thoughts travel faster than light in the dimension of time. You may counter that ‘thought’ is a hypothetical term and can’t be seen, touched or measured. But, the light was also a mystery before scientists like Newton and Huygens devised a mechanism to measure or bifurcate it through a prism.
Light, the simplest thing which has remained present since the beginning of life and visible everywhere around us remained a mystery for millions of years. Even its nature as particle or wave remained a dispute for 100years post theories of Newton and Huygens until Mr Maxwell found out a phenomenon to prove its nature as a wave. Then how can we expect that we will solve the theory of thoughts easily?
Nevertheless, the discussion will be endless if I keep comparing light and thoughts. I am not here to discuss science, there are thousands of books and articles to read and explore these things.
This post is to highlight that we all have such a powerful tool hidden inside our brain called mind which can produce ‘thoughts’, an energy which can travel faster than light, yet we consider ourselves powerless.
Imagine if the Sun, which is a source of light is considered so powerful how powerful our mind could be which produces something faster than light. Yet, we consider ourselves powerless. Because we hardly concentrate this energy and utilise it. We need to find ways to concentrate thoughts and convert it into usable energy, just like a solar panel. But remember, like any other energy, thoughts also have positive and negative (measured as vibes) and it keeps fluctuating between both. Don’t let your energy move towards negativity, it’s too powerful to handle and maybe destructive beyond your imagination. Use it wisely.
Sit for a moment, re-read this post and rest your mind, ask yourself how can you use your superpower to channel it in a constructive way for yourself and others because light doesn’t travel within, it travels outside and benefits the universe, so do your thoughts.
Few processes which can help you to utilise this energy are :
Reading – It acts as nuclear fusion inside your mind and boosts your thoughts
Meditation – the simple process of breathing helps you to control the speed and direction of your thoughts
Introspection – It helps you to inspect your thoughts if they are generating positive or negative vibes
I hope, this will help you to become a superhuman. Keep harnessing your energy.
